What Are You Hiring For?

Hiring question for organizations:

Would you be willing to pay for what candidates were, for what they are, or for what they will become?

The weird gap between “organizations are struggling to hire” and “job seekers are struggling to get hired” might not be an economic or market issue at all.

In other words – are you hiring for their past, their present or their future?
